Terms of Service
Welcome to K2O2 Cloud.
These Terms of Service explain how our website, services, and maintenance contracts work
By accessing or using https://k2o2cloud.com, you agree to these terms.
Using Our Website
You're free to browse our website, learn about our services, and contact us. We ask that you:
- Use the site lawfully
- Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or misuse our systems
- Respect our intellectual property and brand
Our Services
K2O2 Cloud provides software engineering, digital infrastructure, and technology solutions.
Service scope, timelines, and responsibilities are defined per project, proposal, or agreement, based on mutual understanding and documented communication.
Website content is shared for general information and may evolve as we refine our offerings and capabilities.
If something isn't clear, we encourage you to ask - we value open communication and alignment from the start.
Project Engagements
For development or implementation projects:
- Scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are mutually agreed upon before work begins
- Any work outside the agreed scope is handled separately and communicated clearly
- Client inputs, approvals, and feedback timelines may impact delivery schedules
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
What AMC Covers
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is designed to provide ongoing support, updates, and minor improvements after a project is completed or for an existing system. Depending on the agreed plan, AMC may include:
- Content or visual updates
- Small functional or layout changes
- Product or data updates (for e-commerce)
- Minor integrations or configuration changes
- Technical support and troubleshooting
The exact inclusions are defined at the start of the AMC period.
Scope & Fair Use
- AMC covers minor and incremental changes, not full redesigns or major feature rebuilds
- Requests exceeding the agreed scope or time allocation are handled separately
- Unused AMC hours do not automatically roll over unless explicitly agreed
Client Responsibilities Under AMC
To ensure smooth support:
- Requests should be shared clearly (preferably in writing)
- Timely access, credentials, and approvals must be provided
- Delays caused by missing inputs may affect delivery timelines
AMC Exclusions
Unless explicitly agreed, AMC does not include:
- ✕ Major feature development
- ✕ Platform migrations
- ✕ Third-party subscription costs
- ✕ Emergency support caused by external changes (hosting, plugins, platform updates not controlled by us)
Products, Platforms & Beta Access
Some products, tools, or platforms (including early or beta releases) may be offered for testing or limited use.
- Such offerings may evolve, change, or be discontinued
- Features are provided in good faith but without guaranteed availability
- Feedback is welcome and helps improve future versions
Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, code, documentation, and branding belong to K2O2 Cloud Technologies LLP, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their content, data, and assets provided to us.
Reuse or redistribution of our materials requires prior permission.
Transparency & Limitations
We strive to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions, and we take accountability for the work we actively undertake.
During an active project or agreed support period, we act in good faith to identify issues, communicate clearly, and resolve matters within the defined scope of work.
Once a project has been completed and delivered, ongoing changes, fixes, or support are not included unless covered under an active AMC or a separate agreement.
Technology is complex and may occasionally face limitations. We are not responsible for indirect losses, downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms, services, or changes outside our control.
Third-Party Services
Our solutions may rely on third-party platforms, tools, or services.
- These providers operate under their own terms and policies
- We carefully choose integrations but do not control third-party availability or changes
Access, Security & Fair Use
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if required for:
- Security reasons
- Legal compliance
- Misuse or abuse of services
This is always a last resort, and our intent is protection - not disruption.
Changes to These Terms
As our services evolve, these Terms may be updated.
- Updates will be posted on this page
- Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the latest version
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
