SGM's database was designed with the same rigor we'd apply to a system handling millions of records - because it will. A 40+ table relational schema with carefully considered foreign key constraints, normalized data, and audit trails throughout.
The architecture is multi-tenant from the ground up - meaning one deployment serves multiple agencies, each with complete data isolation. Role-based access control is enforced at the schema level, not just the application layer.
